SmartDropper does NOT collect, store, or control personal data of end customers.

End customer data belongs to and is controlled by the Client (the dropshipper), who acts as Merchant of Record and data controller.

When end customer data passes through our platform for order fulfillment, SmartDropper acts solely as a data processor on behalf of the Client.

4. End Customer Data - Data Processor Role

4.1 SmartDropper as Data Processor

When Clients submit orders, limited end customer information (such as shipping name and address) may be transmitted solely to facilitate order fulfillment.

4.2 SmartDropper Does Not

Collect end customer data directly
Use end customer data for its own purposes
Determine purposes of processing
Maintain independent relationships with end customers

4.3 Client Responsibilities

The Client remains solely responsible for:

Obtaining lawful basis for processing
