Nature of the Service
SmartDropper LLP is a United Kingdom Limited Liability Partnership (Registration Number: OC459540) that provides B2B infrastructure services for ecommerce automation.
We operate exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) service provider. SmartDropper does not sell goods to end consumers and does not operate a consumer marketplace.
Our platform enables registered business clients to automate order execution and supplier procurement workflows through integration with established third-party procurement service providers.
B2B Only Model
SmartDropper services are available exclusively to registered business entities engaged in ecommerce operations.
We do not provide services to individual consumers.
All clients undergo internal onboarding and compliance review prior to service activation.

Supplier Procurement Model

Supplier purchases are direct commercial transactions in which SmartDropper acts as buyer using its own corporate funds.
The platform architecture is modular and supplier-agnostic.
Funds Flow & Payment Structure
Business clients pay SmartDropper service fees for order execution and procurement automation services.
Digital asset payments (including USDC) are accepted as a method of service fee settlement. Digital asset processing and conversion, where applicable, are handled by regulated third-party providers.
All payments received by SmartDropper are:
- Service fees for order execution services
- Company revenue earned for services rendered
- Not held in escrow, trust, or on behalf of third parties
- Not subject to conditional release or third-party claims
Returns & Refunds
When a return is initiated by a business client:
- The client submits a return request via the SmartDropper platform
- SmartDropper processes the return with the supplier
- Upon supplier refund to SmartDropper, SmartDropper issues a corresponding commercial refund to the client
Refunds to business clients occur only after SmartDropper receives reimbursement from suppliers.
End customer refunds remain the sole responsibility of the business client.
No Money Transmission
SmartDropper does not transmit money on behalf of others.

No Custodial or Escrow Services
SmartDropper does not hold, store, or manage funds or digital assets on behalf of business clients or end customers.
